    In 1998, Joe Lombardo was mentored by a mortgage banker who taught him the real estate business inside and out. Initially finding properties for the broker to buy and flip, Joe realized his immense passion for real estate, and began buying and selling investment properties on his own. Joe’s goal was to expand his skills and knowledge to position himself as a well-rounded expert in the real estate industry community. To do so, he began attending college courses to become a Licensed Appraiser.

    Joe founded Lombardo Homes & Estates to put his top-notch negotiating skills to work, and better the lives of his clientele. He pioneered his own niche in the real estate industry working with For Sale By Owner’s and providing an array of free services without any obligations, saving home sellers tens of thousands of dollars. The Lombardo team prides themselves on making every seller the highest home sale in the neighborhood.
